At Bizbrick Exports, our export process is structured, transparent, and professionally managed to ensure smooth global transactions and timely international deliveries.
Buyers share product specifications, quantity, destination port, and preferred Incoterms. We provide detailed quotations, technical specifications, certifications, and samples upon request.
A comprehensive quotation is issued covering product details, packaging standards, payment terms, and delivery timelines. Orders are confirmed through advance payment or Letter of Credit.
Orders are aligned with approved manufacturers and suppliers. Product specifications, quality parameters, and compliance requirements are finalized to ensure consistency and export readiness.
Products undergo strict quality checks as per international standards. Grading, specifications, durability, packaging quality, and compliance documentation are verified before dispatch approval.
Export-grade packaging, labeling, palletization, fumigation (if required), and protective wrapping are carried out to ensure product safety during transit.
Goods are systematically loaded to prevent damage or movement during shipment. Containers are sealed after final inspection and verification.
Complete export documentation is prepared: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading / Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin, Inspection / Phytosanitary Certificates (if applicable).
Shipments are dispatched from the selected Indian port under agreed Incoterms (FOB / CIF / CFR, etc.). Vessel details and tracking information are shared with the buyer.
We coordinate until the shipment reaches the destination port within the estimated transit time and provide continuous support for smooth customs clearance and documentation assistance.
